Beef Products and Prices

At La Gantoise farm, we specialize in Belgian Blue Beef which produces leaner healthier meats.

LEAN
Belgian Blue Lefaivre (BBL) - meat from BBB crossbreds which is leaner than traditional beef, but more marbled than BBB.

Milk-fed VEAL

All our calves are fed milk in groups in a free roaming environment in winter and summer.

Presentation : Most of our meat products are vacuum-sealed and are sometimes dark red/brown in colour. This means the meat was sealed fresh and was not exposed to air. Soon after opening a package and exposing it to air, the red colour will be restored.

The Ministry of Health performs regular Food Premises Inspections at our butcher shop. We're proud of our excellent results! Please do not hesitate to consult our Inspection Reports.
